From the formation or acquisition of a business through
the day-to-day operations, we provide the prompt advice our business
clients need. With the advent of the new business organizations
(the LLC's), it is important to consider which entity will best meet the
client's needs. Should you form a corporation, limited liability
company, limited liability limited partnership or a limited liability
partnership? Only after discussing your plans can a determination
be made. |

Our bankruptcy practice is limited to the representation
of creditors. In the United States Bankruptcy Court we represent
secured and unsecured creditors in the filing of lift stay motions, cash
collateral action and dischargeability actions; as well as providing
general bankruptcy advice. |

Our practice includes (i) the formation of industrial and
commercial condominium and owners' associations and residential
homeowners associations; (ii) land development, subdivision, planning
and zoning, variances and special exceptions; (iii) the representation
of clients before County and municipalities agencies such
as planning commissions, boards of appeal and liquor licensing boards; (iv) representation of clients before state agencies,
including the Department of the Environment, Health Department and
builder and home improvement licensing boards; and, (v) the application
for liquor licenses. With our background in
drafting of HOA and condominium documents, we are able to provide insight
and legal advice to the board of directors of homeowners and condominium
associations in such areas as covenant enforcement, assessment
collection and general governance of the association. |
